This is a typical sample of what is available for sale at the Wharf. Check back often or schedule a time with our Operations Manager, Dennis Sand, to show you around the resort and he can size you up with the Ice House you are looking for. Prices will range from $100 to $8,000+. People buy the used houses for sheds, storage, hunting shacks, kid’s playhouses, and guest cabin for rural property… or even as an Ice House! If you are looking for a fixer-upper and you do not have the time to do the work, let us know, we can usually find someone to help, if we do not have the staff available.
Looking for a new, custom built Ice House or Cabin? Be sure to call Bob or Al from IDSI Lumber at 320-676-8166. You will get a HIGH quality house from a company that knows what an Ice House must go through. IDSI has built our Ice cabins that are still in “like new” condition after being drug around the ice and on land for over four years now. You can be sure corners will not be cut. IDSI is also the supplier of our custom built steel skids. Measure up that old house and give it that new set of “wheels” it has been looking for!
